How do I prepare for an online meditation class?

Create a comfortable, quiet and safe space for meditation. You can sit or lie down using a thin pillow or blanker to prop your head or legs to your comfort level. Have a blanket nearby in case you get cold. If you are lying down a bandana or light eye pillow to cover your eyes might be helpful as well as a journal to write down any messages you receive.
