Meditation is a wonderful technique to become more sensitive to sensations and feelings in the body, release accumulated stress, foster positive experiences and intentions, and enjoy the peace of present-moment awareness. If you would like to set up a morning meditation practice or deepen your meditation practice with support then feel free to book a 30 minutes private online morning meditation session. 

Investment: $30 – $60 sliding scale investment. Please send an e-transfer to sasha@sashapierce.ca or use PayPal or Stripe to book a session.

Group meditation – FREE online every Monday at 9am ET

This free weekly online 30-minute group meditation session will help you deeply relax, integrate emotions, increase presence, and align the body with love, abundance, and health. Each session is sure to leave you restored and reconnected to a deeper part of yourself.

How do I prepare for an online meditation session?

Create a comfortable, quiet and safe space for meditationYou can sit or lie down using a thin pillow or blanker to prop your head or legs to your comfort level. Have a blanket nearby in case you get cold. If you are lying down a bandana or light eye pillow to cover your eyes might be helpful as well as a journal to write down any messages you receive.
